At last, another Friday beer: Sion Kölsch

Fri 22 Oct 21: evidently a Kölsch is an ale and so different to a pilsner which is a lager. The difference between top and bottom fermented beers. That makes it ‘similar to an Altbier from Dusseldorf but tastewise I find it quite different. A very pleasant start to Friday evening
