Friday 4 Jul 14: coming home from Barcelona I flew into Gatwick to avoid taking the really late flight into Luton. We landed a little late but I was walking off the plane at 1815. I arrived home at 2115 which wasn’t bad given that there were two train journeys. The first took me from Gatwick to St Pancras and stopped on the bridge at Blackfriars to give me this view of the Thames.
