Saturday 12 Jul 14: all change at Don Pasquale (www.donpasquale.co.uk). Well not quite all change but they’ve got a new menu and they’re getting a bit more italian so the scrambled eggs aren’t on toast any more but on toasted ciabatta. It’s not too bad but you can’t really spread butter on it which perhaps makes it more healthy. Breakfast on Saturdays at Don Pasquale is one of the rituals of my life so I guess I’ll just have to accept the change.
