Thu 16 Oct 14: The Chequers in Cottenham. This is a pub which needs a bit of good fortune. It’s been through too many owners in recent years and never really succeeded. The new landlord wanted to put these tables outside for which he needed permission from @CambsCC because they are on the public footpath. I did my bit to move the process on as quickly as possible.
