Sun 19 Apr 15: it’s the Cottenham Yesteryear Road Run today and both the cars and the spectators are out in force although it’s a bit cold for the latter. It’s not a vintage car rally so you get quite a few recent cars which are not exactly classic but, because we change our cars to frequently, are no longer seen on the roads. So for the purpose of the event it seems that yesteryear can be as recent as 30 years ago. It’s a charity event with the takings going to cancer research.
