Fri 5 Jun 15: oh dear.It’s been a weary day after an unfortunate night so no steak even though it’s Friday. Last time I experienced such problems was in Arequipa in Peru. There I could blame the altitude, the food or the long days travelling but what was the cause here? And in Peru I recovered within 24 hours but this time it was twice that.
