Sun 4 Oct 15: upwards at the Octagon @ely_cathedral. The website says ‘Octagons are found in other churches, although none rival the beauty of the one at Ely’. We were there for the annual Judicial Service, the event ‘sponsored’ by the High Sheriff’ to get the great and the good focussed on good law and order in the county.
