Tue 2 Feb 16: General Purposes Committee papers @cambscc. The orange ones are confidential. I have a continuing complaint about the quality and length of papers. They are simply a barrier to open and effective democracy. As a note of interest the committee did not vote to recommend the budget to Full Council. That should be an interesting meeting
