Fri 15 Apr 16: nowadays it seems you have to change your utilities provider every six months to keep your bills down. Trouble is there’s always a handoff from one to the other and sometimes they don’t agree so today I had to send in a photo of my electricity meter. Just wondered why meters are designed as they are and so difficult to read with some dials going one way and some the other. Note how difficult this meter is to read today because so many dials are on or close to the number so you don’t know if it’s just over or just under ….
