Fri 18 Nov 16: I’m not very good at doing selfies. It’s the challenge of doing two things at once, taking the picture and smiling. Not easy. This is me and Jim Chilton at the annual, but informal, Hawarden Grammar School reunion for people of our vintage. Jim was an excellent sportsman and I’d have traded any of my exam results for playing for the school at just one of the sports at which he excelled.
