Sat 19 Nov 16: first wine photo for a while. Excllent bottle of  el Pinsapo Gran Selection Rioja 2012. Just right for a steak and a wintery evening. But why do these guys insist on the wire dressing? Does it fulfil a purpose or is it supposed to slow you down when all you want to do is get the cork out?
