Tue 13 Feb 18: you find that the people who build and maintain our roads @highwaysagency and @cambscc use an ecosystem of sub-contractors who sometimes seem to leave their kit behind. These guys have signs up by the B1049/A14 roundabout but spares from a previous event seem to have been abandoned.
