Mon 8 Oct 18: roadworks on Park Lane, Histon. @cambswater admitted it was them but why no signage? I’d noted that there was standing water there last week so good that they were addressing the leakage. Surprisingly no complaints from the community and the obstruction did its bit to reduce traffic speeds on the road.
