Fri 22 Mar 19: we have 5 pubs in Histon plus one in Impington. They’re different and all offer good food. The Boot would claim to be the most ‘gastro’ of the six and it is a very good brasserie, part of the White Brasserie chain. That’s white as in Raymond Blanc!
