Sat 3 Aug 19: I was introduced to German Weissenbier when we lived in Switzerland and like Belgian white beer it’s brewed from wheat (Weizen) but the experts tell me that there are differences. I like the lightness of the Blue Moon and the hints of citrus, it’s perfect for a summer’s day.
