Much improved cycle/footpath towards the A14

Sat 12 Oct 19: at first the A14 people said that we’d only have 2m but this one’s a good 2.5m. However I’m concerned about the refuge at the lights. There’s space for this to be generous but it hasn’t yet been delivered.
