Thu 17 Oct 19: I asked for a sparkling water and was told I couldn’t have one but that they served a natural, local option without charge. That’s good for the planet. Even better they delivered excellent poached salmon sandwiches with non-dairy spread instead of butter to satisfy by cardiac diet!
