New app to monitor my heart

Sun 20 Oct 19: it’s along process recovering from heart ‘surgery’ and you’re supposed to monitor your heart rate carefully. I’m not supposed to exceed 97 at present. So I’ve bought a TICKR monitor from Wahoo and this is the interface which enables me to track my heart rate.
