If you want to lose a little weight …

Sat 26 Oct 19: … have a minor cardiac issue. Following my ‘episode’ in September I’ve implemented a pretty strict no sat fat diet and this is the result. 4 kg lost. I seem to have stabilised at this lower level so I’m enjoying a few more potatoes and a little more (wholemeal) bread to complement all the fruit and veg that I’m now eating. Thanks to Fitbit for keeping the stat.
