Wed 13 Nov 19: I’ve just been ‘reassessed’ after completing my cardiac rehab exercise program. It’s been absolutely first class and has helped me immensely to rebuild my strength following my angioplasty. This is the excellent Nafsika who’s helped me though my exercises and encouraged me throughout.
