Tue 10 Dec 19: the lock on our backdoor suddenly stopped working and we needed it fixed pretty swiftly. I rang Halls and it promised me a visit within the hour which duly happened. Then Les replaced the locking unit and charged me for just an hour’s work. I reckon that was a good deal.
