Getting my daily exercise in

Sun 29 Mar 20: I’m slowly building my running up again following last year’s cardiac event. My goal is 5k at 9k/hr (compared to my previous triumph of 10k in an hour in The Bonfire Burn). I’ve done 5k at 8.5 in the gym and this run was 4k at a little under 8.5 so I’m getting there. No rush.
