Pretty shabby service @cambridgebs

Sat 18 Apr 20: from 5 and a half days a week down to just 4 hours on a Thursday. Queues and unhappy customers were not unsurprising. Didn’t somebody do the arithmetic regarding expected transactions and resource the branch accordingly? Too bad if you’re one of the customers who depend on the branch to access your cash.
