Mon 8 Jun 20: and that something is the needs of people other than motorised vehicle users. This is the NE quadrant of the A14/B1029 junction. Cyclists typically use it northbound. That’s where they meet what you see in the photo. First the need to make a sharp 90 degree turn and then the challenge of squeezing through the space on one side of the pole which you see. Sadly someone’s not thinking.
