New road sign for Histon

Sat 12 Sep 20: Bell Hill is now one way (downwards) for an experimental 6 month period. It’s a narrow road with lots of parking and it’s used quite a lot by pedestrians and cyclists. Getting rid of half the cars should make it safer. Just so long as it doesn’t become a race track.
