Sun 20 Dec 20: … but to be honest I’m not to fussy about which gin or which tonic. For some reason in the past I’ve favoured Booths, maybe it was just the shape of the bottle, whilst on my 2018 trip to India it always seemed to be Bombay Sapphire on offer. Doesn’t matter, I guess I’d spot a bad gin but I don’t reckon my palate would spot an exceptionally good one once you’ve swooshed it with tonic.
