Grapes go by different names

Sun 9 May 21: there was a time I thought Monastrell was a region in Spain but now I know it’s another name for the Mataro or Mourvedre grape which is a high acid heavyweight similar to Nero d’Avola and Cinsaut and not too far removed from Primitivo. They’re all grapes I like.
