Sun 13 Jun 21: we seem to have waited for ever and that it’s come late this year but finally a little sun and warmth. I saw the fields sparing yellow with dandelions in the morning so went to photograph them after lunch. But then I should have known the light was a little too overwhelming. However this poppy stands out nicely in the presence of daisies.
