Are you forgetting your customers @heffersbookshop?

Thu 18 Jun 21: I needed to go into Cambridge to get a birthday present for Juni but couldn’t escape without a visit to Heffers. Not sure why but I prefer it to Waterstones. Surprised to find that there’s no more 3 for 2s and that the loyalty card is being suspended. I was however allowed to cash in my loyalty balance so the book I bought was free.
