The Old Ferry Boat in Holywell

Mon 28 Jun 21: Mark Swetnam and I generally have lunch at the Queen’s Head in Needingworth but there was no chef on duty today so we headed off to the Old Ferry Boat in Holywell. I remember it from Uni days where it was a place to go when your parents visited. I also stayed there for one night when I was moving down to the area to work for Linx in the late 90s. It’s got a big garden and a very pleasant rive frontage but the menus is a bit formulaic. No matter, good value.
