Thu 23 Sep 21: Steve is the guy who runs my Cardiac exercise classes. These started at the community centre in Buchan Street before going online during Covid. Steve’s now started face-to-face sessions again but this time at the community Centre in King’s Meadow. Chatting to one of my fellows last night he told me he’s been attending these classes for 18 years. Fingers crossed I get to do the same.
