Tue 5 Oct 21: I go to lots of Cam Lit Fest events but they’re generally political or scientific. This year I’ve resolved to step outside hence my attendance at this evening’s event. It was a good evening although at the start I feared I would be the only male in the audience. Ms Everisto spoke exceedingly well and gave good and interesting answers to the questions posed by her interviewer and the audience. Sadly the interviewer, Irenosen Okojie, although she started well seemed to take more and more of the airtime and then left little time for audience questions. Where interviewers are concerned less is surely more.
