Gourmet treat for breakfast

Sat 18 Dec 21: not just scrambled eggs on toasted ciabatta with avocado but a helping of gravadlax too. I’m not a great fan of smoked salmon with scrambled eggs but the oily sweetness of gravadlax works rather well.
