When it’s right to deface a poster/sticker

Thu 30 Dec 21: I was puzzled by this defaced sticker because the original versions are OK, controversial but OK. What did it say, who ‘brought’ it to me and why was it defaced. A quick shout out on Twitter gave me the answer. The ‘who’ is White Rose, a Covid conspiracy group. I guess the scratched out word in the fourth line is therefore COVID. And it was defaced because it’s rabid dangerous nonsense. Thank you whoever did it.
