Sun 2 Jan 22: I’ve got a laptop which has been grinding to a halt. I’ve tried freeing up disc space, deleting unwanted programs etc but to no avail. So I’ve done a factory reset. Possibly a big mistake because it doesn’t seem much better. Anyway I’ve now progressed to Windows 8.1 and I’m waiting to be invited to move on to Windows 10.
