Sat 8 Jan 22: I needed that. I’m on ampicillin because of an ulcer and that’s knocked me out but also bizarrely interfered with my sleeping patterns. And after a few sunny days we’re back into drab and dreary mid-winter. The luxury of avocado and gravadlax goes some way to setting me up for the day.
