Tue 9 Sep 14: checking out the gullies. After the recent floods we’re more than a little bit sensitive about how well the gullies in our villages are being cleared. The blue blob says they’ve just been done this year but with all that vegetation around it you’ve got to be suspicious. You might also be suspicious of a grown man walking along the road photographing them.
