Sat 4 Apr 15: another empty shop in Rose Crescent. I never used the West Cornish Pastry outlet but it seemed popular and it’s being thrown out by the landlord who seems to reckon he can do something better with the first floor. That makes 3 empty shops and I’ve seen others in Grand Arcade. Are rents just being pushed up too much?
